Challenge

One year after the attack of the Russian armed forces on Ukraine the global and local help initiatives were dying down; people were getting tired of news that didn't seem to change. A few local initiatives and clubs got together to prepare a Rave for Ukraine with all of the proceeds and collected items going towards the Ukrainian people.

Solution

The task was to create a bold message that made people stop and make them curious without making them too uncomfortable. We decided against gruesome images of war torn-cities to focus on simple yet bold messages of support — come together, dance and help.

We printed posters and created a short social media campaign letting people know what to bring, what to prioritise (medicine, batteries and infant items instead of old clothing).
